How to Update Payment Details

Purpose

Use this article to manage stored payment methods.

Before You Start

You must have account access.

Add a New Payment Method

  1. Log in to your account.
  2. Navigate to Account Management.
  3. Select Manage Credit Card Details.
  4. Click Add New Card.
  5. Enter card information.
  6. Save.

Update an Existing Card

  1. Locate the stored card.
  2. Select Edit.
  3. Update details.
  4. Save changes.

Remove a Stored Card

  1. Locate the card.
  2. Select Delete.
  3. Confirm deletion.

Expected Result

Your payment method is updated successfully.

Important Information

Cards associated with active auto-renew products may not be removable until another default card is assigned.
