How to Resubmit a Failed Payment

Purpose

Use this article to complete an order that was not successfully paid.

Before You Start

You must have access to the account where the failed order was created.

Resubmit a Failed Payment

  1. Log in to your Instra account.
  2. Navigate to Account Management.
  3. Select Resubmit Failed Payment.
  4. Locate the failed order.
  5. Select the order.
  6. Enter payment details.
  7. Click Submit Order.

Expected Result

The payment is processed and the order proceeds normally.
