- The request must come from the registered account email address.
How to Request an Auth Code
- Send an email to Instra Support.
- Include:
- Domain name
- Request for Auth Code
- Submit the request using the email address associated with your account.
Expected Result
The request will be reviewed and processed by Support.
Important Information
Auth Codes cannot currently be retrieved directly from the customer portal.
