Why can't I see my domains in my account?

If you are logging into your account without issue but can't see your domains (and these domains are registered and active) it might be that:

  • You actually have multiple user accounts with us and are not logged into the one holding the domain you are looking for. See our How do I recover my username? FAQ entry.
  • The domain might have expired. Check the 'Expired Domains' area of your account.
